Enchanting or Exasperating Choices?

There are so many enchanting electrical and electronic devices in the 21st century, and so many difficult and somewhat exasperating choices to make.  Where should one start?

I also have a shy, anonymous and quite factual material assistant, though I usually avoid all mention of that person.  Staff, servants, volunteers and incompetent assistants must remember their duties and know their place, and we employers must strictly maintain the necessary decorum.  This especially applies when providing temporary employment to musicians, physicians and other ostensibly health-enhancing servants.

You may think these are all rather trivial choices to make, especially if you usually work in a foreign exchange market.  One of the ladies on the committee, the Duchess of Teschen, knows how to manipulate powerful people very well indeed.  She is, of course, also very fond of art, fashion, palaces and politics, and is highly experienced in the handling of revolutions and silly siblings.

It is, of course, quite enchanting to be able to make one's own choices in life, especially concerning an appropriate spouse.  Risk aversion is to be commended in many circumstances, as long as one is aware of those risks and able to ensure a suitable climate for making good choices.
